Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the below terms. Items must be returned in original condition with tags/labels intact.
To initiate a return, you must email or contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and adequately insuring contents. We cannot guarantee lost returns without proof of delivery.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds process within 5-7 business days; credit card refunds may take additional time based on issuer policies.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, skin care, & hair care products
- Jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and accessories
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable materials
We reserve the right to decline returns for heavily used/damaged items not in resalable condition.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Specific products may have further shipping restrictions.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We may ship items separately if needed; shipping charges will accumulate for each shipment.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by inaccurate addresses, weather, customs, holidays, mail carrier interruptions, or other unforeseen factors.
It is your responsibility to be available for receipt of deliveries which may occur Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. If you will be unavailable, consider rescheduling delivery or using an alternate shipping address.
For lost or undelivered shipments, we will conduct an investigation and file claims with carriers as appropriate. Refunds for lost items will require 30 days investigation period.
Promotions & Discounts
All promotions and discounts are offered at VassaniShop.com’s sole discretion. Promo codes must be applied at checkout to redeem offers. Discount offers exclude taxes and shipping charges.
